I died of a nuclear bomb, felt every single second of pain and my skin melting away. Then i was reborn as a shadow and I tried to talk to my loved ones but no one could see me since I was dead.

My shadow must have decided to go on vacation. It left a note saying, "Going to the beach, be back soon." I spent the whole day without a shadow, which was weird. People were giving me strange looks. I tried to make a shadow with my hands, but it didn't work. When evening came, my shadow returned, tanned and wearing a straw hat. It said, "The beach was great." I woke up looking suspiciously at my shadow.

My shadow decided to go on vacation. It left a note: "Went to the beach, be back soon." I had no shadow all day, it was so strange. People were giving me weird looks. I tried to make a shadow with my hand, but it didn't work. At night, my shadow came back, tanned and wearing a straw hat. It said, "The beach was awesome!" I looked at my shadow suspiciously...then woke up.

My shadow came to life. It stopped mimicking my movements, ran around on its own, played tricks on me. I chased after it, trying to catch it. Ran through streets, parks, fields. Finally caught it in a hall of mirrors. It made a face at me, then turned back into a normal shadow. Woke up, checked my shadow – thankfully, it was normal.
